The Maniac subscription works as follows:
- There are 2 Maniac Memberships:
- Maniac Membership: 2 designs every 4 weeks - €35 (save up to 24%)
- Premium Maniac Membership: 3 designs every 6 weeks - €49,50 (save up to 28% and no shipping costs). This is the most advantageous option!
- In your Maniac account, you can personalise your subscription such as choosing your colours, the date you want to receive your Maniac manicures and when money will be charged.
- You can change the colours for your next delivery at any time and you will receive a reminder email 4 days before delivery.
- You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time in your Maniac account and this is free of charge.
- You can only pay by credit card at the moment, we hope to integrate Paypal in July.
- One-off products (such as top coat, oil etc.) can be added to your delivery in your Maniac account

How do I change the designs?
You can change your designs at any time before the charge date. To change your designs, you: 1. Log in to your Maniac account 2. Click on “Manage subscription” 3. Choose a single absorbency or click "Customize my box" and use the (+) and (-) buttons next to each absorbency to edit your configuration 4. Once you're done editing, click "Save” 5. Then click "Update subscription"

To change your subscription, you: log in to your Maniac account. 1. Log in to your Maniac account 2. Click on “Manage subscription” 3. Click on “Next Charge date” and change the date of your next delivery here
If I want to adjust my designs of my order, by when do I need to make changes?
You can change the designs of your order until the day before you will be charged. If you make changes after the charge date, your order has already been processed without your changes.
What if I need new colours now?
Log in to your Maniac account 2. Click on “Manage subscription” 3. Click on Next Charge Date 4. Change the date to today and you will receive your designs the next day on working weeks and on Tuesday if you order on Sunday
How do I change the quantity?
You can choose between a subscription of 2 or 3 designs. To change this amount of designs, you need to cancel your subscription and buy the subscription with the other quantity.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you: 1. Log in to your Maniac account 2. Click on “Manage subscription” 3. At the bottom of the popup, click “Cancel”.
Will I be charged for cancelling my subscription?
No! You can cancel your subscription free of charge. Be sure to cancel before 11:59 PM on the day before your next charge date is set to avoid being charged for your upcoming order.
How do I access my Maniac account?
Click on the symbol at the top right of the Maniac website. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once your Maniac account is registered, you can log in and access manage your subscription by clicking on the Manage Subscription link.
You can also access your account using a customer portal magic link. This magic link is usually sent in the Subscription Confirmation email and the Upcoming Order email.
Update your billing information or email address
To update your payment information, you: 1. Login to your Maniac account 2. Click the Payment Methods tab 3. Click on the Payment Method that you want to change 4. Click on Edit 5. Click Send Update Method 6. Go to your email and click Confirm Payment Method 7. Change your payment method 8. Click Update Card to confirm 9. Go back to your Payment Method tab in your portal and refresh 10. Click on your new payment method 11. Click Move Subscription Here 12. And Confirm with Move Subscriptions
How do I change my shipping address?
To cancel your subscription, you: 1. Log in to your Maniac account 2. Click on “Manage subscription” 3. At the bottom of the popup, click “Cancel
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by visiting the Maniac account login page. Then, select "Forgot Password", enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password. Please note, this email may be in your spam or promotions folder, and this link expires 24 hours after being sent.
Can I also add limited edition nails to my subscription?
You can add limited edition nails to your subscription, but keep in mind that these may sell out faster.
