Refunds

At Maniac, we want to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If that’s not the case and there is something wrong with your order, drop us an email so we can make it right.

Please email us within 14 days at info@maniac-nails.com with a description of the problem, clear pictures, and your order number.

Once the problem and your pictures are received and inspected, we will notify you ASAP of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
