With a Maniac subscription you receive 2 designs of your choice every month, for just €30 per month.

And it gets better the longer you stay: your loyalty discount grows with every subscription order, from 2% on your 2nd order up to 20% off. On top of that you get access to subscriber-only designs that aren't on the regular site yet.

How do I skip one time or cancel my subscription?

Log in to your Maniac account

To skip

  1. Click on "Skip", next to "Renew now"
  2. Your next delivery will be skipped and the one after that will be rescheduled for 4 weeks later

To cancel

  1. Click on the 3 dots next to "Renew now" and "Skip"
  2. Click on "Cancel"
  3. A popup will appear to ask you if you want to cancel and you click on "Yes"

You can cancel your subscription free of charge. Be sure to cancel before 11:59 PM on the day before your next charge date is set to avoid being charged for your upcoming order.

How do I change the designs in my subscription?

You can change your designs at any time before the charge date. To change your designs, you:

  1. Log in to your Maniac account
  2. Hit the "Edit" button and remove the design you want to swap
  3. Click on "Add product" and search your new favorite design or adjust the quantity of the currently chosen design
  4. In both ways, you confirm and your subscription is adjusted

You can change the designs of your order until the day before you will be charged. If you make changes after the charge date, your order has already been processed without your changes.

What if I need new colours right now?

  1. Log in to your Maniac account
  2. Click on “Renew now” and
  3. The subscription renews immediately

Wanna change designs?
First use the "Edit' button to change your colors, save that and click on "Renew now" after that!

Until what day can I make any changes to my next delivery?

You can change the designs of your order until the day before you will be charged. If you make changes after the charge date, your order has already been processed without your changes.

To change your subscription, you:

  1. Log in to your Maniac account
  2. Click on “Manage subscription”
  3. Click on “Next Charge date” and change the date of your next delivery here

How do I change my renewal date?

  1. Log in to your Maniac account
  2. Click on the 3 dots next to "Renew now" and "Skip"
  3. Click on "Change renewal date"
  4. And change the date on which you want to receive your new manicure!

How do I access my Maniac account?

Log in at the top right of the Maniac website. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address you used at checkout.

Once your Maniac account is registered, you can log in and access manage your subscription by clicking on the Manage Subscription link.

You can also access your account using a customer portal magic link. This magic link is usually sent in the Subscription Confirmation email and the Upcoming Order email.

Update your billing information or email address

To update your payment information, you:

  1. Login to your Maniac account
  2. Click the Payment Methods tab
  3. Click on the Payment Method that you want to change
  4. Click on Edit
  5. Click Send Update Method
  6. Go to your email and click Confirm Payment Method
  7. Change your payment method
  8. Click Update Card to confirm
  9. Go back to your Payment Method tab in your portal and refresh
  10. Click on your new payment method
  11. Click Move Subscription Here
  12. And Confirm with Move Subscriptions

How do I change my shipping address?

To change your shipping address:

  1. Log in to your Maniac account
  2. Click on "Manage subscription"
  3. Update your shipping address and save

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by visiting the Maniac account login page. Then, select "Forgot Password", enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password. Please note, this email may be in your spam or promotions folder, and this link expires 24 hours after being sent.
