Content & Social Media
Content Creator (in front of the camera)
Fulltime | Office and on location | €2,800 - €3,500 per month
You make the videos and you are in front of the camera
We are looking for an energetic and cheerful content creator who makes the videos and loves being in front of the camera. That is the most important part of this role. Your enthusiasm is contagious and you can see it in every video. You like being on, you are spontaneous and you have a sense of humor.
On top of that, you think creatively with our content strategist about new concepts. Together you come up with ideas, and you figure out how to bring them to life on camera even better. You know how to turn a concept into a video that really works.
The videos you make go on all of our platforms. You make sure there is enough cheerful and trendy content every single day.
What you'll do
- Make cheerful, energetic videos every day for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and our other channels
- Be in front of the camera and take viewers into the world of Maniac Nails
- Think creatively with our content strategist about new concepts
- Figure out how to put a concept on camera even better
- Jump on trends and translate them into our own Maniac style
Who you are

How you work
You form a duo with our Organic Creative Strategist. She looks at the data and what does and does not work, you make the videos and stand in front of the camera. Together you come up with new concepts and figure out how to put them on camera even better.
Organic Creative Strategist
Fulltime | Office | €2,800 - €3,500 per month
You are the most creative mind on the team
At Maniac Nails we are looking for someone who is mega creative and thinks completely out of the box. That is the most important thing for this role. You come up with the craziest, smartest and most original concepts no one else thinks of, and you have a sense of humor. No idea is too crazy. The more you dare to think outside the box, the better.
But you are not just the idea machine. You also look closely at what did and did not work and adjust accordingly, so every next concept is even stronger. On top of that you keep the overview: you manage all of our social media channels, make sure enough is posted, and lead the team that creates and edits content. You do the final check and guard the quality.
And do not worry: being super creative and guarding all social media at the same time is a lot to ask. That is why we are here for you and happy to help wherever needed, so you can focus on what you do best.
What you'll do
- Come up with the most creative, original and out of the box content concepts
- Do not just follow trends, give them a Maniac twist no one expects
- Analyze what does and does not work and adjust accordingly
- Manage all social media platforms and keep a full, consistent planning
- Edit videos together with our Content Creator
- Lead the team that creates and edits content, and do the final check

How you work
You form a duo with our Content Creator. She is in front of the camera a lot, you are the creative engine and look at strategy and data. Together you come up with the craziest concepts, work them out and edit the videos. You also have a direct line to the CEO, and you can always come to us for help.
B2B/Retail
Retail Specialist (Part-time, 2 days/week)
We’re looking for a Retail Specialist who gets how retail works and gets excited about making it grow. Someone ambitious, proactive, and commercial, who can bring in new stores, build strong relationships, and make sure Maniac doesn’t just sit on shelves… it sells.
You’ll work with us 2 days a week on one clear mission: scale Maniac Nails in retail. 💅
What you’ll do
Sign up new stores
- Identify and approach new retail partners (concept stores, salons, beauty/wellness, gift shops, etc.)
- Close deals and manage onboarding (assortment, terms, deliveries, presentation)
Organize B2B events
- Help plan and run B2B events and activations: trade fairs, networking events, pop-ups, in-store moments
- Make sure we show up in the right places with the right story
Drive in-store performance (existing partners)
- Proactively call/message existing stores to check how things are going
- Spot improvement opportunities and act on them: displays, product mix, staff tips/training, reorders, promotions
- Own the relationship, you become their go-to Maniac contact
Who you are
- You have experience in retail / B2B sales / account management (beauty is a plus, retail knowledge is a must)
- You’re commercial and not afraid to pick up the phone
- You’re independent and love ownership
- You’re organized and consistent with follow-ups
- You’re available 2 days per week (days flexible)

As a PR, Events & Retail intern, you will fully participate in our marketing team and contribute to increasing the visibility of Maniac Nails both in-store and at events. From organizing activations to supporting retail activities — no two days are the same with us!
What will you do?
- Develop and execute creative ideas for PR campaigns and retail activities
- Support the organization of events and brand activations
- Assist with collaborations with influencers and content creators
- Support in-store promotions and retail campaigns
- Maintain contact with partners and customers
- Create content and materials to support retail and event activities

As a Marketing & Social Media intern, you will fully participate in our marketing team and help make Maniac Nails visible both online and offline. From social media content to campaigns and promotions, no two days are the same with us!
What will you do?
- Create and plan social media content (photo, video, reels, stories)
- Brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns
- Support promotions, activations, and online campaigns
- Create content and visuals using Canva or other tools
- Spot trends and translate them into creative ideas for our brand

Maniac Nails is a fast-growing Dutch beauty brand that creates salon-quality nails you can do at home. What makes us different? Not just our product, but the energy of the brand and the team behind it.
We’re young, creative, and ambitious, and every day we build Maniac’s visibility in the beauty world. Social media, influencers, content, e-commerce, and events play a big role in that. We don’t overthink ideas forever. We test them, create them, and put them online.
You’ll work in a small, energetic team where marketing, content, social, e-commerce, and PR all blend together. As an intern, you’ll be right in the middle of it all, jumping in, taking ownership, and learning how a brand truly grows.

During your internship, you’ll see the direct impact of your work: collaborating with influencers, creating content, thinking up campaigns, organizing events, and optimizing the webshop.
