What exactly is Maniac VIP?
Our way of letting loyal customers go first. With four orders to your name or a subscription you are a VIP, and you shop new designs before everyone else. There is nothing to sign up for and it costs nothing.
How do I get the password?
Enter your email address at the top of this page. If you are a VIP the password appears on your screen right away and we email it to you as well. If you are not quite there, you will see how many orders you still need.
Can I give the password to a friend?
We would rather you did not. Maniac VIP is for VIPs, that is the whole point of it. The good news is that anyone can become one: four orders and your friend is in too. From then on the password arrives automatically with every new round.
How long do these designs stay locked?
Usually a couple of weeks. After that they go into the shop for everyone. New rounds keep arriving, so do come back and have a look.
I unlocked it, but on my phone everything is locked again
Your unlock is stored in the browser where you entered it. On another device or in a private window you enter the password once more, and then it stays.
